First instalment – clarification.

Dear Parents,

This is to clarify the letter sent to you to complete payment of the April instalment. There are currently more than 300 families who have not paid. The deadline for the first instalment was May 15^th. School is opening on Monday September 2^nd so your payment is more than 3 months late.

For the well-being of your child we will make an exception and allow them into class on Monday. We ask that in return you make every effort now to complete the April payment.

• To help you pay the first instalment at this late stage, the school’s administration and cashier’s office will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday (normal working hours). Sunday is a national holiday. Please pay by cash or credit card as bank transfers and on-line payments cannot be processed over the weekend.

Please let us work together for the good of the students and the school. We appreciate your prompt attention to this issue.
