Dear Parents,

Our appointment for the visa is on the 24/2/2016. I’m afraid fathers have to be with their children for the application. In case it is not possible for the father to attend, the mother can replace him provided that she has her ID + photocopy and the father’s ID (signed) + photocopy and the student’s birth certificate translated into English.

You need to have the following documents:

– A stamped six month bank statement in English in the father’s name

– Passport valid for at least 6 months + copy of passport (Old passport if it’s available + photocopy)

– Air Ticket + Hotel Booking (provided by travel agent)

– Travel Insurance (provided by travel agent)    

– Certificate of Enrolment, original & copy (provided by the school)

– Parents ID copies    

       – 2 recent photos with white background (4X6cm) 

      – Visa application form (provided and filled in by travel agent)

      The travel agent will be there to help you. Our appointment is at 9:00 so could you please be there at 8:45. It won’t be at the French consulate but at TLS contact centre: 4th floor, Infinity tower, 8 Geziret Al Arab St., Mohandeseen, Giza.

 

 

Miss Mona will be accompanying the students and a bus will be taking them from school. However, as our appointment is very early and parents have to be there anyway, I strongly recommend that students go directly there with them.
